What you can expect from me
As a coach, it gives me immense satisfaction to aid others on their paths to resilience, growth, and personal development. I am dedicated to providing a secure environment for my clients where they can freely express themselves, delve deeper into self-understanding, and change old beliefs and habits.

Resilience for me
As a working mother, resilience for me is about balance and engagement. My children’s reactions help me reassess my emotional state and priorities. I learned the importance of resilience after suffering career burnout, which took years to recover from. This experience has made me a more mindful leader and coach in the corporate world.

With over 17 years of international experience in both corporate (Big 4 firm, New York) and public sectors (World Bank, UN, NGOs), I’ve guided clients and colleagues through various transitions. I’m a certified coach from the Co-Active Coaches Training Institute, with an ACC certification from ICF. I’ve studied Neurolinguistic Programming at the NLP Center, New York, and completed the Landmark Education curriculum. My academic background includes a Masters in International Relations and Economics and a BA in English and History. Originally from Eastern Europe, I’m now based in New York.
